Cat It

From the desk of Mama Piggy:

We finally got a Cat It water fountain for the trio.

As usual, Inspector Kootoo is checking on new gadgets for suspicious elements (Papa Porky says Kootoo looks as if he is smoking a shisha ^_^).

While Milo enjoys the cool, oxygenated water, and of course he couldn't resist playing with the cascading water!

Cat quote of the day:
A cat can be trusted to purr when she is pleased, which is more than can be said for human beings.

Kootoo does look like he's smokin'! :)

Lucky you, your trios use it. Had one before but the Chaos would have none of it - rather drink out of the toilet bowl. Disgusting.

Well Cat, THAT was the reason we got the water fountain, cos Milo kept drinking from the toilet bowl and from the bathroom floor whenever we wash our feet! =_= he still does that once in a while, but we've learnt to keep the toilet seat cover down and chase him out of the bathroom ...

Do you kno wwhat is the power consumption like? Have thought of buying one but since we totally change their water bowls twice a day, it may not be necessary for us.

kxbc: according to http://www.hagen.com/uk/cats/addinfo/catit_water_fountain.cfm it says the gadget consumes "less than 4 watts". we change the drinking bowl twice a day too, but sometimes the water can get really dirty - food particules, fur, specks of dirt. I think you should get it :) the kitties would love it.

I got it for about $55, from a pet supplies shop called Happy Paws in Serangoon North Ave 1. Think I got the last piece though ;P

I think this fountain is to encourage some cats to drink as a prevention of urinary tract infection.

kxbc, aiyah, dont be so "mao" lah. how much power can a small little water fountain consume, as compared to a "power sucker" aka air-conditioner. hehe..

mama piggy, now you'll have to get a matching placemat!!!
