Ostrich tail kebabs anyone?

might need some extensive defurring and with not much slivers of meat left to pick out though... goes well with yummy catsup ...

Marina South curry stall does a yummy job with its oxtil curry. Best wiped up with crusty bread and lime juice. Wonder if Milo's tail will taste as nice. Think not. All fur and no meat makes a poor curry. Next!
