Booger

From the desk of Mama Piggy:

I cannot fathom why Muffin, for all his fastidious grooming and excellent eatiquette, persist in having yucky stains around his nostrils.

Cat quote of the day:
A cat sees us as the dogs...A cat sees himself as the human.

Kheilly has the same problem, and his are LARGE BLACK sticky pads. I think it's because they can't dig, not with those claws =P

Some kitties just always have boogies. Our Mommakitty has to clean our Sabi's nose a lot!

BB and YY have the same problem too. But I do enjoy "digging" for their gold. Hahaha...

Teddy gets this more than the other cats.

Hazel too, when he was still with us.

Strange how it's the cats with pink noses, the ones that show up dirt the worst, that tend to get the most booger.

It's almost like some kind of kitty Murphy's law.

Alas, Muffin Terror/Groucho/Touch-Me-Not does not allow me to dig for "gold" ... What's the point of having a nice, pink nose when you have perpetual booger?!?

Well, given the attraction the booger seem to hold universally, we suspect the whole purpose of having a nice pinky nose is to augment and accentuate the booger's colour and tone, so as to achieve utilisation (of human digits), cleanliness, maintenance of the pink nose, for the image of da Muffin Terror.

(I know it doesn't rhyme or stick to the mirrored metre... but oh well =P)

You never fail to confound me, Calsifer :P Now, if Milo can maintain a perfect pink nose (never mind the fact that he is a Messy Eater), why can't Muffin? Why? Why? Why?
